• Fill out our online form or email us with details and pictures of the job. If you have any questions please give us a call and one of our experienced team members will be happy to help.

• A close up photo with sizes and a photo showing the whole area is helpful. If you don't have a tape measure to hand you can put an object beside the area so we can have an idea of the scale e.g. a pen or a sheet of A4 paper.

• Once we have all the information we will provide you with an accurate quote with 24 hours (Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm)

You can book an appointment time to suit you.

We will send you an email explaining what to expect on the day.

Details of the technician assigned to your job, will be included so you know who to expect.

Our technicians will be happy to explain and discuss the work carried out so please feel free to ask any questions.

Before and after photos will be taken and you will be asked to sign off the job as finished.  

• All of our jobs include a care & maintenance kit, which we leave with you and we will give you advice about continued care for your worktops.  If you have any questions after the repair you can always rely on our experienced team to help.
